When you submit the first step of an inquiry, the contact information and answers supplied at that step are saved, even if you do not finish the questionnaire. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, provide real estate assistance, maintain contact and inquiry records, and understand and improve our website and marketing. Email marketing preferences are recorded separately from a request for assistance.

Betsy Rossi Lead Alerts is an internal notification program for authorized personnel who expressly opt in. Submitting a website inquiry does not enroll a visitor in this SMS program. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent records and recipient numbers are used to administer and deliver the requested alerts, including necessary processing by messaging providers and carriers.

Retention, choices, and security

We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion, subject to recordkeeping requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the available unsubscribe method and stop SMS alerts by replying STOP. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
