SMS Terms — Betsy Rossi Lead Alerts

This program sends automated internal notifications about new buyer and seller website inquiries to authorized personnel who expressly opt in. It does not send marketing texts to website visitors. Alerts may identify the inquiry and provide contact or CRM information needed to respond. Message frequency varies with inquiry activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Enrollment is voluntary and requires explicit consent to receive recurring automated SMS alerts at the designated mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact betsy@bluechickenrealty.com or 859-308-0858. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not guaranteed to arrive immediately; authorized users should also monitor their inquiry records.
